I'm an experienced consultant creative director with over twenty years of editorial design experience, both in the UK and Australia. I have worked in almost every strand of consumer publishing, producing excellent and relevant content for all market and reader types.
 I bring an abundance of visual and editorial ideas along with design flair and discipline. I am self-motivated with excellent teamwork, leadership and management skills as well as being a great motivator and mentor.
In my most recent role I was creative director of The Lady magazine for 5 years, where I help guide the magazine in to a monthly frequency whilst adapting to the challenges of Covid and a move to remote production. 
I have also spent 7 years living and working in Australia, five of those years were spent as Group Creative Director for Bauer Media Australia (Formerly ACP Magazines). This involved working closely with the publishers, editors and design teams across the women's monthly and weekly lifestyle portfolio on creative and brand development. I was the creative lead for 2 major launches, Women's Fitness and  Soap Extra along with major redesigns for Australian Women's Weekly, NW, Cleo, Take 5, Gourmet Traveller and Motor.
Another important responsibility I performed was Design brand ambassador for The Australian Women's Weekly, Australia's most iconic and best selling magazine. With responsibility for the cover design each month and working with the editor and design team to keep a regular overview of the magazines creative direction.
I have worked in a senior capacity on numerous consumer publications including Marie Claire, Glamour (AU), Empire, Looks, Sugar and many more.
